1. Write your name, the teacher's name, the subject and the date in the upper left corner. Double space. 2. Double space and centre the title. Use Title Case (capital letters to start the content words). 3. Create a header in the upper right corner. Write your last name followed by a space with the page number. 4. Titles of books or plays should be italicised. (Unless it is a handwritten document - underlining is acceptable). 5. Titles of poems and short stories will have quotation marks around them. 6. Whenever you quote or paraphrase, make parenthetical citations: (Author Page number). 7. Works Cited list should be the last page of your paper (you can use Easy Bib to help you).
